Terms of service.
These terms apply when you use the AI Reply Assistant app or visit flowbie.sg. They are written plain English first and lawyer-defensible second, in that order.

Acceptance and licence
Using AI Reply Assistant means agreeing to these terms. We grant you a personal licence to install and use the app on your iOS devices.
By installing, opening, or otherwise using the AI Reply Assistant app or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app and please uninstall it.
Subject to these terms, Flowbie PTE. LTD. (“Flowbie”, “we”, “our”) grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to install and use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, in line with the App Store Usage Rules.
Eligibility
You must be old enough to enter into a contract under the law of your country, and at least 13.
You may use AI Reply Assistant only if you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to form a binding contract. If you are using AI Reply Assistant on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use AI Reply Assistant to break the law, abuse other people, or violate the rules of the platforms it connects to.
You agree not to:
- Use the app to send spam, phishing, harassment, or other unlawful messages.
- Use the app in a way that violates the terms of WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other platform AI Reply Assistant connects to.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except to the extent expressly permitted by Singapore law.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the app.
- Use the app for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
We may suspend or terminate your access to features that depend on our cooperation if we reasonably believe you have breached this section.
Connected platforms
AI Reply Assistant is an unofficial client. When you connect WhatsApp or Telegram through AI Reply Assistant, you remain bound by their terms of service.
Flowbie is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Meta, WhatsApp, or Telegram. Each connected platform retains the right to enforce its own terms against your use of that platform — including your use through AI Reply Assistant. You are responsible for complying with their terms. Flowbie is not liable for any action a third-party platform takes against your account on that platform.
AI providers
Apple Intelligence is governed by Apple’s terms. If you turn on Cloud Model, you also enter a contract directly with Anthropic.
Apple Intelligence features are provided by Apple under Apple’s terms and run on-device on supported iPhones. We do not control or modify Apple’s models or terms.
If you choose to enable Cloud Model with your own Anthropic API key, your use of Claude is governed by Anthropic’s terms and your separate billing relationship with Anthropic. Flowbie is not a party to that relationship. We do not see, store, or proxy your key, your prompts, or your replies.
You are responsible for the prompts and the chat context you choose to send to Claude, including any obligations you have to the original senders of those messages.
Your content
You own your messages and your Skills. We claim no rights — and in any case, we do not receive them.
Your messages, drafts, Skills, and other content remain yours. The app does not transmit them to Flowbie. We do not claim a licence to them, because we do not receive them. If a third party (Apple, Anthropic, Meta, Telegram) does receive content as part of a feature you have chosen to use, that third party’s terms apply to their handling of it.
Intellectual property
The app’s name, marks, and source code are ours. Apple frameworks and assets remain Apple’s. Open-source components are governed by their own licences.
The Flowbie name, the AI Reply Assistant name, our logos, and the app’s source code are owned by Flowbie PTE. LTD. or our licensors. Apple-provided icons, frameworks (including Foundation Models, Siri, and CloudKit), and assets remain the property of Apple Inc.
The Whatsmeow bridge, Telegram’s TDLib, and the SwiftAnthropic SDK are provided under their respective open-source licences. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to those open-source components beyond what their respective licences provide.
Disclaimers
AI output is a guess, not a guarantee. You are responsible for what you actually send.
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law. Replies, summaries, and analyses produced by AI features are probabilistic outputs and may be incorrect, misleading, or inappropriate. You should review every draft before sending it. We make no warranty that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with any particular device or platform configuration.
We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or behaviour of the third-party services AI Reply Assistant connects to, including WhatsApp, Telegram, Apple Intelligence, and Anthropic.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability to you is capped at a small amount, because we do not hold your data and your risk surface with us is small.
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Flowbie’s aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the app or these terms is capped at the greater of (i) the total subscription fees you have paid to Flowbie in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (ii) S$50.
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Flowbie is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Indemnification
If your misuse of the app gets us sued, you cover the cost.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flowbie PTE. LTD., its officers, directors, employees, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these terms, (b) your breach of a connected platform’s terms, or (c) your unlawful use of the app.
Termination
You can stop using the app any time. We can stop providing it if you breach these terms or if Apple removes the app from the App Store.
You may terminate these terms at any time by uninstalling the app and discontinuing use. Because the app does not require an account with us, there is nothing further to delete on our side.
We may suspend or terminate your licence if you materially breach these terms, if continued provision is unlawful, or if Apple removes the app from the App Store. Sections 7 (intellectual property), 8 (disclaimers), 9 (limitation of liability), 10 (indemnification), and 12 (governing law) survive termination.
Governing law and disputes
Singapore law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Singapore.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and Flowbie submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes take effect after we tell you about them.
We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version is dated at the top of this page. If we make a material change, we will give reasonable notice — for example, by updating the effective date and posting a notice in the app — before the change takes effect. Continued use of the app after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Subscriptions and payments
AI Reply Assistant is free to download and use. Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription, billed by Apple and managed in your Apple ID settings.
The Free plan requires no payment. AI Reply Assistant Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription on a monthly or annual basis. The price and billing period are shown on the App Store at the time of purchase and may vary by region; a free trial may be offered on the annual plan. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account on confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your Apple ID account settings on your device after purchase. If you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of the period already paid for.
If a free trial is offered and you buy a subscription before it ends, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited. All payments, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms (see the next section); Flowbie does not process payments and cannot issue refunds directly. Refund requests are subject to Apple’s policies.
We may change Pro’s price, plans, or the features included in each plan. Any change applies prospectively, from your next renewal — it does not affect the period you have already paid for, and a price increase takes effect only after Apple obtains your consent where required. Apple Intelligence on-device features are available on every plan and are not contingent on a paid subscription.
Apple Media Services
The app is licensed to you, not sold. Apple is not a party to these terms.
The standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement set out in Apple Media Services Terms (Schedule A) applies to your use of the app to the extent Apple requires. In case of conflict between Apple’s standard terms and these terms, Apple’s standard terms control to the minimum extent required by Apple. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms, entitled to enforce them against you only as required by Apple.
